Really comfortable beds and great location. Not the most social hostel, and the kitchen is lacking a few amenities, but really recommend it if you need a good sleep. Shoutout to Javier who went out of his way to make my stay extra comfortable. Youre the best, Javier!!

We stayed here however the bellhop is close friends with the police and uses this to his advantage. We were enjoying a beer outside the front of the hotel and the police showed up. They immediately threatened me with arrest if we didn’t pay them off. They took 1800 pesos of my wife’s money to keep from taking me to jail. The car number was D-22. Don’t drink a beer in public. We were not drunk or even close. No warning just threat of jail. The bellhop was shady as hell.

Best place to stay in el centro histórico de México City. Rubi, the main door guard and all employees were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was amazing also. Recommend this place 10/10.

Great location, beautiful hotel, and nice staffs. Room is very big with two Queen beds and kitchen space. Last day we checked out and staff Lupita helped us a lot with the luggage stored in the hotel so we can have city tour before we went to the airport. All the staffs are great and helpful. There’s a staff man helped me communicate with the tour agency in Spanish so we had a local tour to Sliver city Taxco went smoothly.

INCREDIBLE Hotel & Hostel +++ - Location - Security at the entrance - THE DIGITAL ASSISTANCE 😍😍😍😍 — - The room is humid (no windows) - Breakfast is qualitative, but the strict minimum The Check-in was just one of the best check ins I have done in my whole life and god knows how much I have traveled, all this THANK YOU to Javier. Man, you are amazing, do not change please. The Hotel: The location is just PERFECT. Next to the Zocalo, plaza Garibaldi, Torre Latinoamérica etc. A LOT of shops are very very close. THE NIEGHBOURHOOD IS VERY SAFE. That is smth I am impressed with, in Mexico, there is Police EVERYWHERE. Thank you for that, as a tourist you feel SUPER safe. The room was very good, modern, just a little small, but the shower is huge. On the Hostel side (it is the same building) you have a bar & “restaurant”. THANK YOU TO EDUARDO, he is a real Chef, great BARMAN… he needs a promotion. MX do everything to keep this guy as well as Javier. The just ULTRA PLUS of this place, is the “Guia digital” it is part from the hotel (WhatsApp number) where you just ask whatever you want and they will assist you ALWAYS in the next 15-20minutes. This is the first time that I see that (as a Digital), honestly congratulations for the idea and the process but also to Sam & Oscar. This is amazing. To conclude I have loved the city, and I’ll definetly come back to CDMX and will definetly come back & Recocommend HOTEL MX CENTRO 🇲🇽🌵🤟🏽😍

Amazing experience staying at Casa MX Centro! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Marian gave her very best to help us communicating with our airline to change our flight. Reception is 24/7 and when you've a problem, they'll be there. Our dorm room is really clean and tidy, the bed is the best we ever had in a hostel. Big and comfy. Thanks you so much for everything.

Stayed for multiple nights and everything was taken care of very professionally. Very clean and tidy. All staffs are very friendly. Great place to stay near the Plaza de la Constitucion

The location can’t be beat, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room itself was lovely! Spacious, very clean, large, comfortable beds and linens. A small balcony overlooking the street and breakfast included. Also, there was a coffee machine in the courtyard that I took serious advantage of. I seldom leave reviews, but I made a point of writing one for MXcentro because I was so pleasantly surprised. Our guest check in person was Javier and he was excellent as well. Extremely helpful. I would certainly book again next time I’m in Mexico City.
